This video showed us the pure skill of some boxers and have fast they can hit the speed bag and so we knew that we would have to recreate this in order to make it look as real as possible. We had gone to David Lloyd gym atleast 4 times to use their gym equipment but were not allowed to record in there. While there we used all their boxing equipment to try and practice ready for the recording.
